ABOUT MENSTRUALIADAS

Menstrualiadas offers tools to help you reclaim your relationship with your menstrual cycle and menstruation, as well as tools to prepare you to guide the young people in your life with honesty, confidence, and empathy.

We are a non-profit organization – 501(c)(3) – committed to visibilize and destigmatize the menstrual cycle, menarche, and menopause.
